Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds and green onions for garnish

Whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, olive oil, mustard, and lemon juice.

Season salmon with salt and pepper. Pour half the marinade over the fillets and let sit for 10 minutes.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Oil the grates.

Grill salmon skin-side down for 4-5 minutes. Flip and grill for another 3-4 minutes.

Brush with remaining glaze during the last minute of cooking.
